You can now make all payments through the member portal instead of paying in the office.

Instructions to register and select classes:
Go to the portal by clicking on the button below these instructions

1.) Click on “My Account” to go ahead and get an account through our online portal OR you can wait until you browse through the classes before doing so.
2.) To browse the classes and times we are offering for fall, Click “Booking”
3.) Click Find a Class
4.) You can have the program assist you in finding a class tailored to your child’s age or you can browse through all of the classes as you please. *please note you may select a class that the coaches feel does not best suit your child. At that point, a coach or KPTC staff member will reach out to you to discuss this before making any changes to the scheduled class you picked.*
5.) Once you get to the classes, you will see what the class name is. The summer classes we are offering have the word summer at the beginning of the class name. and will show if there are any openings left in that class. It will also show you what day of the week the class is held and what time.
6.) If you click on that particular class, it will give you an overview of what that class teaches and the age requirements and price for that particular class.
7.) Once you find the class you are looking for, click “select students.” This will then ask you if you already have an account or if you would like to register a new one.
8.) You will then be asked to provide an email and sign/agree to the online waivers. These waivers include: waiver to participate, waiver for billing and a waiver for Covid-19.
9.) You ARE REQUIRED to provide a method of payment online in order to register. This can either be directly from a checking account or you can provide a debit/credit card information. You will not get any further without providing this information.
Once you have registered for a class, this will go into a file for the KPTC staff to go through and approve. Again, there may be changes if the coaches feel your child would be best suited in a different class. If this is the case, someone from KPTC will contact you to discuss this change.
There is no summer registration fee.
As always, there will be a $25 registration Fee per athlete to register for Fall Classes. This registration fee is a once a year fee and will be effective through the end of Summer 2021 classes.
COMPETITIVE TUMBLING & CHEER ATHLETES—There will be additional information sent out to you regarding the upcoming season, so be on the lookout for that information!
