Recreational Tumbling

Recreational Tumbling

Our Recreational Tumbling classes focus on tumbling skills and techniques, such as rolls, flips, and handsprings. These classes are typically geared towards participants who are interested in tumbling for fun or as a recreational activity, rather than for competitive purposes. In a recreational tumbling class, participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice a variety of tumbling skills under the guidance of an instructor, who will provide them with the proper techniques and safety tips to ensure that they are able to perform the skills safely and effectively.
